ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY SWEET GALLERY SP. Z O.O. SP. K. WITH ITS REGISTERED OFFICE IN WARSAW
We hereby inform you that in relation to your use of our website, the Administrator collects data to the extent that is necessary for the provision of certain services you have selected. At the same time, the Administrator collects data about your activity on our website. With the above in mind, we inform you that the Administrator processes your data to the extent, for the purposes and in the manner indicated below.

The Administrator of your personal data is Sweet Gallery spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. III. Purposes and basis of processing.
The data of all users of our website (including IP address or other identifiers and information without concretised basic personal data or after using the contact form with concretised personal data) are processed by the Administrator:
– for the purpose of providing electronic services in terms of making content available on our website as this is necessary for the performance of the contract – legal basis (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO);
– for the analysis and statistics of traffic on our website, as this is the legitimate interest of the Administrator to monitor the activity and functionality of our services – legal basis (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
– in order to assert or defend against claims, as this is the legitimate interest of the Administrator – the legal basis for the processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest in protecting your rights (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
– to the extent resulting from your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO, in particular for commercial, marketing purposes, including and direct marketing;
– to the extent resulting from your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO, in particular for commercial, marketing purposes, including through registration in the contact form, telephone calls and direct marketing, provided by entities cooperating with the Personal Data Administrator;
– for the purpose of entering into and performing the contract(s) between you and us as the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract(s) (Article 6(1)(b) RODO)
- Automation and profiling.
The Data Controller does not make decisions by automated means, including profiling of your personal data (Article 22 RODO).

– until the expiry of the statute of limitations for potential claims related to the performance of the contracts between us during their duration as well as after their termination or expiry (warranty, guarantee, compensation);
– until withdrawal of your consent, provided that this has been given in advance and is possible under the provisions of the RODO and other data protection regulations;

– The right to access your data and to receive a copy of your data;

– The right to erasure of your data (if, in your opinion, there are no grounds for the processing of your data, you can request the erasure of your data);

– The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
– The right to withdraw consent to data processing (it is possible to withdraw previously given consent to the processing of your personal data, at the same time the withdrawal of such consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed before the withdrawal of consent);

- Information on the requirement/voluntariness of providing data.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide basic identification data, including data concerning your place of residence (province/city), the conclusion of the contract and its further execution will be impossible.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that your consent for sending marketing and commercial information, including consent for sending such information using telecommunication end devices and automatic calling systems, is completely voluntary and is not a necessary condition for concluding and performing agreements, however, lack of consent may cause difficulties in communication about new offers and products.
